Adobe Digital Editions is an interface that has been designed specifically for reading digital publications such as ebooks, digital magazines and other digital material. Digital Editions reads formats such as PDF and EPUB files.
Using Digital Editions
Readers can use the Reading View to read content. This provides a degree of flexibility, with pages displayed in a double or single page view, custom view or fit-to-width. The EPUB format also allows for the text size to be increased or decreased. Readers can add notes and bookmarks when viewing digital material.
Publications are easy to read on Digital Editions and the high degree of flexibility means that text can be adjusted for a relaxing read. There is also a facility to zoom on on the page and this is useful when viewing photographs or illustrations. Digital Editions can be used to manage digital publications. The Library View, displays ebooks and other digital content, broken down into categories such as borrowed, purchased and recently read.
